GRAYLING - Kirtland Community College announced today that it has listed the Roscommon campus for sale at $6.4 million. The 220-acre property is listed through Three West LLC and included in the sale are the college's buildings.

The campus's 30 acres on the east side of F-97, which are used for the Commercial Truck Driving program and Police Academy shooting range, are not included in the sale. Kirtland will continue to own that property and operate those programs for the foreseeable future.

"The Roscommon campus has served us well for many years,” said Dr. Tom Quinn, president of Kirtland Community College. “More than ever before we are looking to the future and evolving to meet the needs of our students. The sale of this property will allow us to continue on that path by reinvesting proceeds into new programming or potential initiatives like student scholarships and affordable housing.”

Kirtland will consider all offers for the entire property. Offers for portions of the property will also be considered. The new buyer(s) can take full occupancy starting December 2021.
